Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit the TradeFx website (tradefxquant.com, "this website") and use its related services. This policy applies to all visitors to this website. Please read it carefully before using this website.
1. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect data in two ways: data you voluntarily submit, and technical data collected automatically during your visit.
1.1 Data You Voluntarily Submit
This website provides an external link to Microsoft Forms for trial applications. Clicking the link leaves this website and takes you to the Microsoft third-party service page. On Microsoft Forms, you may voluntarily fill in and submit the following information:
- Full name
- Country / region of residence
- Email address
- Trading experience
- Trading account type
- Optional: social platform handle (Telegram / WhatsApp, not required)
- Risk disclosure confirmation (yes / no)
Purpose: customer inquiries and business communication. Data you submit is stored on Microsoft Forms servers. We do not embed Microsoft Forms into this website via iframe.
1.2 Automatically Collected Data and Cookies
This website uses the following third-party services for operation and analytics:
- Cloudflare CDN: To protect the website, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (e.g. cf_clearance). These cookies are used to defend against DDoS attacks, bot protection and security verification. They are essential for the operation of the website, cannot be disabled, and do not require separate consent.
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): GA4 is a non-essential analytics service used to collect anonymous website visit statistics (e.g. page views, traffic sources). GA4 is loaded and run only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner at the bottom of the website; if you choose "Essential only" or decline, GA4 is never loaded and no analytics tracking cookie is written.
This website uses the browser-native Web Share API for sharing. This native browser capability does not collect, store or upload any personal information.
2. How We Use Personal Data
- Microsoft Forms submissions: responding to your inquiries and conducting business communication.
- Google Analytics 4: aggregated website visit statistics to improve the user experience (only after your consent).
- Cloudflare: basic website security, anti-bot protection and DDoS mitigation.
3. Third-Party Services
The data processors we work with include: Cloudflare (CDN and security), Google (Google Analytics 4), and Microsoft (Microsoft Forms). When you are redirected to the Microsoft Forms page, the data you submit is also subject to Microsoft's own privacy policy.
4. Data Retention and Security
This website does not offer account registration, does not process payments, and involves no transfer or custody of funds. Accordingly, we do not collect bank card, payment or account-fund data. Data you submit via Microsoft Forms is stored on Microsoft's servers; we keep records only for as long as needed to process your application and business communication, and delete them upon your deletion request.
We protect data in transit with HTTPS encryption. For data stored on third-party servers, the security measures of the respective providers apply.
5. Your Data Subject Rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including the EU GDPR and local regulations where you reside), you have the following rights:
- Right to be informed: to know whether and how we process your personal data;
- Right of access: to obtain a copy of your personal data;
- Right to rectification: to correct inaccurate personal information;
- Right to erasure: to request deletion of personal data you submitted;
- Right to data portability: where technically feasible, to obtain a portable digital copy of the personal data you provided;
- Right to withdraw consent: you may at any time re-select or withdraw consent for analytics cookies via the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at: [email protected]. We may request simple identity verification to process your request. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may raise a complaint; if the complaint is unsuccessful, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. Exercising your privacy rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.
6. Minors
This website's products and services are intended for adults, are not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
7. International Data Transfers
The third-party services used by this website (Cloudflare, Google, Microsoft) may operate data-processing infrastructure outside your country or region. By using this website, your data may be transferred to and stored on servers abroad. These providers process cross-border transfers under appropriate safeguards (such as data protection terms and security certifications).
8. Cookie Options
- Cloudflare essential security cookies: always active and cannot be disabled.
- Google Analytics 4 cookies: enabled only after your explicit consent; you may re-select or withdraw via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer at any time.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal data, email us at: [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time.
